 I hired Davonne as my agent to sell my home and help me find a condo in a different area of town.  I could tell by her personality that she was on fire about her job and was willing to do whatever was needed to deal with my concerns and stay focused on my agenda. I have sold four previous homes and have purchased 5 homes prior to hiring her and I've not seen her type of energy in any of the past realtors I have dealt with. With that being said, I hired her to sell and help me purchase a new home. 

Because of a moving from a stand alone house to a condo, I had many concerns and questions going into the project. I also had concerns about financing as well cause my last home purchase was 14 years ago and a lot has changed in the market since then. She not only made herself available to any and all of my concerns but she addressed them in a suitable and timely fashion which helped ease my potential anxieties. Again, never seen before in previous realtors I have ever worked with. 
Everything that we talked about, agreed on and worked out went as promised and planned which to me showed a high level of both honesty and integrity. She was very knowledgable in areas that I was looking to buy and she seemed to go above and beyond to not only get me the best price for the house I was selling but she worked deligently to get me a great price for my condo with a great location to boot. 
Closing on both properties went very smoothly and buyers and sellers all the way around seemed very satisfied with the end results, which is all anyone can hope for. 
Davonne comes highly recommended by me as you can see and I have already recommended her to my friends and family. I even pass her business cards around because everyone has the right to have such an experience.
